Warm Neighbors Cool Friends
Warm Neighbors Cool Friends (WNCF), a year-round heating and cooling assistance program to help those who generally do not qualify for financial assistance from other government or non-profit programs. Eligible households can receive up to $500 for this heating season.

Income Eligible Status
Ameren Illinois residential customers who meet the requirements of an income-eligible customer will have deposits for new service and late payment charges waived. If you do not automatically qualify these protections are available after your request is approved.
